You also agree not to post any copyrighted material unless you own the copyright or you have written consent from the owner of the copyrighted material. Spam, flooding, advertisements, chain letters, pyramid schemes, and solicitations are also forbidden on this site.

Note that it is impossible for the owners of Fox Cities TV to confirm the validity of posts made by users.  Please remember that, though we actively monitor the posted content from users, we are not responsible for the user-posted content contained within.  We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information presented. The posted messages express the views of the author, and not necessarily the views of Fox Cities TV, its owners, its subsidiaries, or related entities. Anyone who feels that a user-posted message is objectionable is encouraged to notify an administrator or moderator, or e-mail foxcitiestv@gmail.com immediately.  The owners of Fox Cities TV reserve the right to remove objectionable content, within a reasonable time frame, if they determine that removal is necessary. Please note that with each post, your IP address is recorded, in the event that you need to be banned from Fox Cities TV or your ISP contacted. This will only happen in the event of a major violation of this agreement.

Also note that Fox Cities TV places a cookie, a text file containing bits of information (such as your username and password), in your browser's cache. This is ONLY used to keep you logged in/out. The software does not collect or send any other form of information to your computer.

Fox Cities TV is an online community.  The owner will make every reasonable attempt to maintain the site, but reserves the right to restrict access and/or discontinue the service without notice for any reason.  Fox Cities TV is a television-focused community, and posts unrelated to related subjects may be unpublished by site administrators.  Website owner also retains the right to discontinue, modify or restrict specific features of the site or specific features or privileges of users if abuse, spam or other undesired outcomes occur, without notice.  

When you publish any content to this site, you retain ownership of said content but grant the website owner license to publish on the website as part of the community service.
